Nicole Kelley began her career in the beauty industry training and assisting at premier salons throughout Massachusetts. She later became an educator within the Bumble and bumble salon network, refining her craft in razor cutting, bespoke color, and the art of creating hair that feels entirely individual.

Her career quickly gained momentum, but education remained at the center of it. With assistants by her side, Nicole built her clientele while mentoring emerging stylists and leading in-salon education—laying the foundation for what would eventually become My Reis.

In 2008, Nicole opened My Reis Salon with a clear vision: to bring the energy, artistry, and elevated experience of the New York City salons she loved to a stylish New Hampshire community. My Reis quickly became known as a destination for beautiful hair, exceptional education, and an unmistakably cool approach to the salon experience.

From the beginning, the philosophy was simple: invest in people and take exceptional care of clients. Apprentices were welcomed directly from beauty school and developed through hands-on education, while elevated services, thoughtful consultations, and genuine client care became signatures of the My Reis experience.

Today, Nicole works more behind the scenes, allowing a new generation of talented leadership to shape the future of My Reis. The vision continues to evolve, but the foundation remains exactly as it was in 2008: education, beautiful work, and clients who always come first.
