Shane Kelley

Shane Kelley brings an extensive background in leadership, operations, training, and business management to My Reis. With more than 15 years of experience leading teams and complex operations—including his work with the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and service in the United States Marine Corps—Shane brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to the business behind the salon.

Throughout his career, Shane has managed large teams, developed training programs, overseen facilities and property portfolios, and helped organizations improve their day-to-day operations. At My Reis, he works alongside the leadership team to help manage the company, supporting operations, long-term planning, and the continued growth of the salon.

While much of his work at My Reis happens behind the scenes, Shane’s experience and perspective have become an important part of the company’s foundation. In addition to his involvement with the salon, he remains active in several other business endeavors, bringing experience from outside the beauty industry into the continued evolution of My Reis.
